Lasagne made of polenta

  • 1kg of polenta la delizia, white or yellow
  • 300 gr of minced meat
  • 50g parmigiano
  • 3 heads of radicchio di Treviso
  • béchamel

Prepare a brown of onion to your taste and pour the minced meat. Cook for 5 minutes and than add the "radicchio di treviso" in small pieces and cook further till the meat is well done.

Cut our polenta in half centimenter slices: lay in a pan layers of polenta alternated with meat and radicchio, béchamel and grated cheese.

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 220°C
