Lasagne made of polenta
- 1kg of polenta la delizia, white or yellow
- 300 gr of minced meat
- 50g parmigiano
- 3 heads of radicchio di Treviso
Prepare a brown of onion to your taste and pour the minced meat. Cook for 5 minutes and than add the "radicchio di treviso" in small pieces and cook further till the meat is well done.
Cut our polenta in half centimenter slices: lay in a pan layers of polenta alternated with meat and radicchio, béchamel and grated cheese.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 220°C
